MoVe! Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

MoSystems respects your privacy. MoSystems will not collect any other data then what is necessary to run the MoVe! Vending Service.

MoSystems will only maintain a database about your active servers and your active vendors. The data stored in that database is the URL and the region of that vendors and servers. All data will be cleared after 2 days, data of no longer existing vendors will be removed.

MoSystems will NOT:
  • store any data about your products
    (all web based systems do)
  • store any data about your sales
    (all web based systems do)
MoSystems will NEVER:
  • Know anything about the partners you pay any share or commission
(but all web based systems do know that and / or store that in their data base)
This privacy policy guarantees you more privacy then any other networked vending system present in the market.

    MoVe! End User License Agreement

When you use the MoVe! Vending System, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, do not use the MoVe! Vending System!

You have to be at least 18 years old to use this service.

MoVe! products are well crafted. I put high value on high quality and error free programming. However, bugs can happen. The product is shipped "as is" with no liabilities or warranties about proper function. In other words: there will be no refund due to any malfunction. You use this system on your own risk.

The MoVe Network is hosted by Google. If you use the MoVe Vending System, you accept the Google privacy policy.

This service is provided as is, neither MoSystems nor the people behind it are in any way responsible for possible errors, data loss, service outage due to either Second Life issues or downtime on this web. You agree that MoSystems will not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including, but not limited to, incidental, direct, indirect, special consequential, or any other kind of damages, no matter what the cause of the interruption may have been.

Neither MoSystems nor the people behind it are responsible in any way for the content that you sell through this system. This system is only adding a way to manage sales of virtual goods in Second Life.

    Billing

MoVe vendors take a service fee of every payment.
This is the most fair way to run a system, as permanent customer support, support of network, backend and product development needs a permanent income. Besides, the service fee also encourages me to develop the vendor in a way that encourages your customers to make their purchase decision.

The MoVe fees are very low, though.

MoVe Professional: 0.2% of sales transfer, plus L$ 1 per sale
MoVe Free Edition: 2.5% of sales transfer

The fees mentioned here are subject to change without notice.
You accept this when you accept debit permissions during server setup.
Fees might only change after a product update.
The new system will tell you the fee before operation.

Compare MoVe! fees with other systems.
